Just one and a half weeks ahead of F1 testing in Barcelona it has been declared that the FIA is investigating Ferrari for "a possible hurt of the tobacco commercial ban". The famous F1 team is currently working with Mission Winnow, a company who had big success through the worldwide known Marlboro.
Commercial for tobacco had been banned from F1 a long time ago. The FIA and and australian police took a look at the matter and both concluced that this is "not compatible" with the regulations. F1 race director Charlie Whiting argued that it's not F1-like to have have "companies on your car and team name whose business has been banned a long time ago".
It's not known how much of a budget Ferrari is gonna lose but most likely it's a big bunch. Ferrari and Mission Winnow are yet to express themselves on this subject.
