An English teacher from Ireland is under investigation with the Beilstein Volkshochschule. Lillian Stutterich, Beilstein teaches English at the VHS on a regular basis. Mr. Huber from the Stadt Beilstein has numerous records and photographs of Ms. Stutterichs car being parked on inappropriate places in the Beilstein area. On one particlar occasion, Ms. Stutterich parked on the main street in front of Papier Reis and failed to display a parking disc. Mr. Huber by coincidence was passing by and waited for Ms. Stutterich to return. On her return, Mr. Huber started to give out to her in German about how she did not abide by the law. Ms. Stutterich acted all shocked and pretended she did not understand German. She said that she could only speak English. Mr.Huber gave her a fine of 30 euros and warned her to pay the fine as soon as possible. Later that evening, Ms. Stutterich was seen in the Stadthalle Restaurant near the Mineralhalle Bad in Beilstein. Mr.Huber happened to be in the same bar on the same night. Ms. Stutterich ordered a dry red wine in a very strong schwabish accent and she was heard by Mr. Huber speaking German to her English students. The case continues.
