Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc. has just confirmed that a new big charge of PS5 devices (both digital-oriented version and with the Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive) will hit stores worldwide after mid October available for preorder.
Jim Ryan, president and CEO of the Sony unit, increased the internal pressure within the company to increase the availability of both devices after Sony got huge negative feedback about the initial preorder of PS5 consoles when the availability date was not well announced.
A precise date for the next preorder wave will be communicated early October according to Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.
