Politicians are under pressure to reveal what needs to happen for the lockdown to be lifted
Saigon will remain on lockdown for "at least" three more weeks, Foreign Secretary Phạm Bình Minh revealed at the Government's daily coronavirus press conference on April 19.
Phạm Bình Minh said that while there were signs of "light at the end of the tunnel", Saigon has not yet reached the peak of the virus, with the rate of infection likely to keep rising in some regions and continuing to spread in hospitals and care homes....
