The leading resort on koh Chang, located in Hat Kai mock (pearl beach) have decided to expand with 699 sea view bungalows, all on the mountain side behind TP Hut Bungalows.
TP Hut Bungalows have made a lease agreement with the national park to rent the land for 99 years, and will start clearing the forest before the high season.
The building off the bungalows is expected to be finished for the high season 2017-18.
The owner off TP Hut Bungalows says the price range expected is 500 baht fan or 600 baht aircon, or discount offers for monthly stay.
